⚖️ Legal Notice & Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or purchasing from any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
1. Ownership & Store Operations
This website is owned and operated by It’s A Mercy Thing. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to It’s A Mercy Thing. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment & Inventory
All merchandise sold through It’s A Mercy Thing is custom-printed and manufactured to order using third-party fulfillment services (including Printify).
- We do not maintain a physical inventory warehouse for stock returns.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
- Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
3. Strict No-Refunds and Final Sale Agreement
By placing an order on our store, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
- Because items are custom-made immediately upon order placement, It’s A Mercy Thing cannot grant refunds, cancellations, modifications, or exchanges for buyer’s error (including but not limited to selecting the wrong size, wrong color, incorrect variant, or change of mind).
- Exceptions for manufacturing errors or damages during transit are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Claims for damaged items must be submitted to itsamercything@gmail.com by the day after delivery. Failure to report issues within this window explicitly waives your right to a replacement.
4. Shipping Liabilities & Carrier Deliveries
It’s A Mercy Thing utilizes independent third-party shipping carriers to deliver packages.
- Our legal liability for product delivery ends once the package is securely handed off to the shipping carrier.
- We are explicitly not responsible or legally liable for packages stolen, lost, or misplaced after a carrier updates the tracking status to "Delivered".
- Claims for packages genuinely lost in transit (stuck without updates for more than 14 business days) must be brought to our attention at itsamercything@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery window so that we may petition our manufacturing partners for a courtesy replacement.
5. User Conduct & Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and product designs, is the exclusive property of It’s A Mercy Thing or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or product designs without express written permission from us.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7. Changes to the Legal Notice
You can review the most current version of the Legal Notice at any time on this page.
